Cancellation Policy
When booking your appointment, card details will be taken. No payment will be taken from your account upon booking. However, if you are marked as a no show or cancel within 24 hours before your appointment time a payment of 50% will be taken. If you have multiple cancellations or no shows we unfortunately won’t be able to continue providing services for you.
We totally understand that things come up and some things can’t be helped but please let us know as far in advance as possible.
A reminder message is sent the day before appointments giving you enough time to reschedule and let us know if any problems arise.
That being said, we want to thank you for your consistency and loyalty and for keeping us busy.
